Our hearts go out to those impacted by the recent earthquake and tsunami in Asia.

That act alone could alleviate so much suffering. We are all inter-connected, and as our hearts have opened and felt lately our Oneness, let us stay with that Loving perception.  Let us show our care and power to help each other, as individuals.
