Exposing the Universal Sickness of Exploitation and the Cowardice of Using the Scapegoat

We are standing on the precipice of a new Dark Ages, driven by a surging tide of fundamentalism and an intellectual hypocrisy so profound it threatens to blind the collective human conscience.

We like to tell ourselves that we are an evolved, enlightened civilization. But look just beneath the surface of our modern media, our cultural discourse, and our political battlegrounds, and you will see a terrifyingly familiar psychological regression at work.

As a society, we are witnessing an ugly, familiar psychological defense mechanism: the revival of the most ancient blood libel, a historically proven symptom of our falling into a black hole of collective metastatic darkness. 

With the high-profile exposures of figures like Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein—men who were entirely secular, yet ethnically Jewish—the modern world has found a convenient lightning rod. Rather than confronting the terrifying, world-shattering reality that systemic sexual exploitation is an endemic, cross-cultural mental virus woven into the very fabric of human history, society has defaulted to its oldest, most cowardly habit. It has projected the entire weight of its collective guilt onto a tiny minority.

I am completely fed up with this hypocrisy. I am fed up with the selective outrage that allows the rest of the world to sleep soundly at night while the most vulnerable among us continue to be traded, broken, and commodified.

It is time to drag the full, unvarnished truth into the light of day and for all of us to get a truly reflective mirror showing who we have become.

The Diagnosis of the “Adamic Sickness”

The sickness of exploiting the fragile and the innocent belongs to no single creed, race, or geography. It is an inherent disease of the human mind itself—what I call the pathology of the Adamic being. And historically, the very institutions that claim to be the divine guardians of our moral purity and soul have been its greatest, most heavily insulated laboratories.

To understand how deep this rot goes, we must look past the comfortable lies of theological exceptionalism. When we strip away the rhetoric and examine the empirical data of institutional abuse in the post-WWII era, a stark reality emerges. The risk of exploitation is never determined by which holy book a community reads. It is determined entirely by the amount of unquestioned, closed authority granted to its leaders.

Wherever absolute trust is granted without external accountability, the innocent are devoured to protect the institutions’ prestige.

Let’s look directly into the Western mirror we so desperately try to avoid…

THE ARCHITECTURE OF EXPLOITATION: A GLOBAL COMPARISON

A rigorous, independent look at global data reveals that the prevalence of predatory behavior within insulated networks remains highly consistent across entirely different ideological landscapes:

1. Roman Catholic Church

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Hundreds of thousands of estimated victims globally. An independent French commission estimated 216,000 child victims abused by clergy since 1950, which increases to 330,000 when including lay church members, over 200,000 victims in Spain since 1940, and over 11,000 documented allegations in the United States.
• The Structural Shield: Pontifical Secrecy (Crimen Sollicitationis) and diplomatic immunity granted under the Lateran Pacts. This enabled a bureaucratic “shell game” where known predatory priests were simply reassigned to new, unsuspecting parishes rather than being handed over to civil authorities.

2. Protestant & Evangelical Networks

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Tens of thousands of cases across fragmented denominations. A landmark 2022 independent investigation (Guidepost) exposed a secret registry maintained by top Southern Baptist executives containing hundreds of abusive pastors who were actively shielded from public exposure.
• The Structural Shield: The Doctrine of Local Church Autonomy. Denominational leaders routinely claimed they lacked the legal or theological authority to police or investigate independent local ministries, allowing credibly accused predators to quietly move from church to church.

3. Secular Youth Organizations (e.g., Boy Scouts of America)

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): A catastrophic scale of exploitation, with over 82,000 sexual abuse claims filed against more than 7,800 youth leaders during recent bankruptcy proceedings.
• The Structural Shield: Internal “Perversion Files.” The organization secretly tracked suspected and known abusers for decades to protect the corporate brand from public scandal, entirely bypassing law enforcement while leaving predators free to access other youth spaces.

4. Insular Orthodox Jewish Communities

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Baseline prevalence rates historically align with general population statistics (estimated at 15%-30% in retrospective adult studies).
• The Structural Shield: The Religious Law of Mesirah. This traditional code strictly prohibits reporting a fellow community member to secular, non-religious authorities. Breaking this code often results in severe social ostracization, shunning, and intense pressure on the victim’s family to remain silent.

5. Eastern Orthodox Christian Branches

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Widespread institutional underreporting; however, deep-seated systemic abuse of minors has been documented within monasteries and parish networks across Greece, Russia, and Eastern Europe.
• The Structural Shield: The Mystique of the Spiritual Elder (Starets). Absolute spiritual obedience is demanded by religious directors. Because these institutions are heavily intertwined with national political power, civil authorities are hesitant to investigate, and any internal accusation is easily framed as spiritual treason against the state and the Church.

6. Eastern Spiritual Movements & “Guru” Sects

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Multi-million dollar class-action lawsuits and systemic collapses. This includes ISKCON’s (Hare Krishna) $400M lawsuit over boarding school abuse, and independent investigations exposing decades of exploitation within global lineages like Rigpa and Shambhala International.
• The Structural Shield: The Deification of the Guru. Driven by the weaponization of “Crazy Wisdom” doctrines, absolute submission to the leader is treated as a spiritual test. Any dissent, doubt, or exposure of abuse is aggressively reframed as an ego-driven spiritual failure on the part of the victim.

7. Muslim Faith (Extremist Factions & Traditional Patriarchal Jurisprudence)

• Documented Scope (Post-WWII): Widespread, legally protected regional exploitation. This includes thousands of formal and informal child marriages annually, systematic honor violence, and the institutionalized sex-slavery and human trafficking cartels openly operated by extremist factions like ISIS against minorities like the Yazidis and Christians.
• The Structural Shield: The Fusion of Religious Jurisprudence with State Law. By embedding patriarchal control and tribal honor codes directly into local legal frameworks, the system shields itself from domestic secular intervention. Simultaneously, it uses the global shield of “cultural and religious relativism” to deter international accountability.

This data proves that a predator does not require a cross, a collar, or a tallit to operate; they only require an environment that values institutional preservation over the protection of a child.

The Blind Spot: Codified Subjugation in the Fundamentalist World

While the Western media continuously hyper-focuses on localized scandals, it maintains an almost total blind spot regarding the massive, state-sanctioned, and legalistic exploitation built into the rigid, fundamentalist interpretations dominating portions of the globe.

Nowhere is the historical and legalistic codification of female and child subjugation more apparent than in the fundamentalist, 1400-year-old frameworks of Islamic extremism and rigid patriarchal tribalism. To speak this truth is not to attack ordinary individuals, but to objectively diagnose a systemic social disease.

• The Doctrine of Exclusive Possession: Across extremist factions and regions governed by archaic fundamentalist jurisprudence, women are legally and textually reduced to the status of minor property. The practice of forced child marriages—where girls as young as nine or ten are legally wed to adult men—is treated not as a criminal act of statutory rape, but as a protected religious and patriarchal right.
• The Weaponization of the Captive: The horrific rise of ISIS in the 21st century was not a historical aberration; it was the literal, deliberate resurrection of ancient wartime codes. ISIS systematically institutionalized the capture, sale, and rape of non-Muslim women, specifically targeting the Yazidi minority. They established formal slave markets and printed theological pamphlets explicitly justifying the use of conquered women as “sex wives” and concubines, proving how easily religious texts can be weaponized to legitimize the absolute darkest depths of human depravity.
• Female Genital Mutilation (FGM): In numerous patriarchal societies across East and Northeast Africa and parts of the Middle East, millions of young girls suffer systemic, non-medical sexual mutilation. This practice is explicitly designed to destroy female sexual pleasure, ensuring absolute marital compliance and control. It is an ongoing, multi-generational crime against the physical and spiritual integrity of the human female, executed under the guise of cultural and religious purity.

Why is there so little global, unified outrage addressing this multi-centurial structure of exploitation? Because confronting it requires the international community to challenge the shield of cultural relativism and admit that human rights are absolute, regardless of the faith or territory under which they are violated.

The Secular Mask: The Accepted Slavery of High Society

To prove that this mental virus is a fundamental human pathology rather than a purely religious one, we only have to look at the secular playgrounds of power in our very recent past.

Throughout the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, Western society did not merely tolerate the sexual exploitation of aspiring young models, starlets, and actors—it completely normalized it. The “casting couch” was treated as an unwritten, accepted corporate tax for entry into the entertainment and modeling industries.

Powerful agents, studio executives, photographers, and producers—operating with absolute financial and social leverage—built highly coordinated grooming networks. Young women and teenagers were forced to barter their bodily autonomy for roles, contracts, and survival. If a young woman dared to speak out, her career was instantly destroyed, and she was branded as “difficult” or unstable by a complicit media apparatus.

This was a highly organized system of modern sexual slavery operating in broad daylight, fully insulated by the wealth and prestige of secular high society. It relied on the exact same psychological mechanics as religious abuse: absolute dependency, an enforced code of silence, and a total imbalance of power. It proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the predator does not even require a holy book to justify its prey; it only requires an environment of unchecked entitlement.

The Psychology of the Scapegoat: Why We Target the Few

This brings us to the core psychological crisis of our species. Confronting the fact that our religious institutions, our secular industries, our history, and our very social structures are deeply infested with this sickness is too terrifying for the collective human psyche to bear. It forces us to admit that our civilization is built upon a fragile, deeply fractured moral foundation.

To avoid this painful self-reflection, humanity always seeks a scapegoat.

By hyper-focusing public outrage on figures like Epstein, the collective consciousness achieves an easy, cheap catharsis. By mapping his horrific crimes onto the ancient, subterranean tropes of a “secret Jewish cabal,” the broader world can externalize the evil. Society can look at the monstrous anomaly and say, “Look at them. The sickness belongs entirely to that specific, hidden minority. We are clean.”

This selective outrage is an act of supreme cowardice. It allows the Catholic hierarchy in Italy to maintain its legal immunity; it allows independent Protestant mega-churches to quietly shuffle predatory pastors; it allows fundamentalist regimes to continue the legal rape of child brides; and it allows secular power brokers to quietly protect their fortunes.

A Final Warning to the Adamic Being

What does this universal history of silence, concealment, and selective scapegoating show about us? It demonstrates a catastrophic lack of an inborn, unshakeable human conscience. Our morality is too often a conditional construct—completely suppressed by tribal loyalty, fear of authority, bystander apathy, and the desperate urge to protect the status of our chosen groups.

If we continue down this path of hypocrisy—blaming a tiny minority for a multi-millennial mental virus that is actively spread across all credos and secular systems—the consequences will be absolute spiritual and social bankruptcy. We will accelerate the total erosion of moral authority, leaving our children to inherit a world governed by cynical tribal warfare and unchecked fundamentalism.

True evolution requires us to look directly into the mirror of absolute truth, strip away the shields of titles, collars, and creeds, and recognize that the exploitation of the fragile is a universal human failure.
